Terms and Conditions of Sale and Subscription Terms

Products are delivered digitally via email, as in-person courses or events, or by post or courier.

Products can be purchased using both VISA and Mastercard.

For subscriptions, the subscription fee, as stated on the product page, will be automatically debited for each subscription period. A receipt for the debit will be sent by email.

You will receive an email confirming your subscription registration once the subscription has been taken out.

You can cancel your subscription at any time by writing to us, or by logging into your account and cancelling the subscription yourself. Cancellation is effective immediately, and no further charges will be invoiced or debited after cancellation. However, any invoices already issued must still be paid.

If you wish to change the card from which the subscription is debited, you can do so by clicking on the link provided in each invoice.

Delivery usually takes place within a few minutes, but in very exceptional cases it may take up to 5 working days.

The service is not covered by the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, as delivery is digital and the service is therefore provided at the time of payment.

Your registration is binding, but if you are unable to attend, you are welcome to pass your place on to someone else.

All rights to courses, workshops, events and digital products are held by Den Skarpe Pen ApS. Upon purchase, you are granted a licence solely to use the purchased product as specified under the relevant product listing.
