Products are delivered digitally via email, as physical courses or events, or by Post or courier.

Products can be purchased with both VISA and Mastercard.

All prices are in Danish kroner excluding VAT.

For subscriptions, the subscription price, as stated on the product page, is automatically deducted for each subscription period. A receipt for the deduction will be sent by e-mail.

You will receive an email confirming your subscription after the subscription has been taken out.

You can cancel your subscription at any time by writing to us, or by logging into your account and cancelling the subscription yourself. The cancellation is immediate, and after the cancellation no further invoices or deductions will be made. However, invoices already sent must still be paid.

If you wish to change the card on which the subscription is drawn, this is done by clicking on the link provided in each invoice.

Delivery usually takes a few minutes, but in exceptional cases it can take up to 5 working days.

The service is not subject to the 14-day withdrawal period, as delivery is digital and the service is delivered at the time of payment.

Your registration is binding, but if you are unable to attend, you are welcome to pass on your place to someone else.

All rights to courses, workshops, events and digital products belong to MyPressWire ApS. The purchase only grants a license to use the purchased product as stated under the product in question.
